The book launch at the Wollongong City Library went well, on the 22nd of June. Although attendance was small, I hadn’t really expected a large audience, especially with fierce competition from The Wiggles who were performing out at Thirroul that morning!!! I think everyone who attended had a lovely time, with the reading of the story, a colouring-in contest, cake and free bookmarks. Award winning children’s author Di Bates did a wonderful job helping me launch the book. Thank you Di, and thank you to everyone who helped out and attended the launch on Saturday!
